In some cases, we may send you a PayPal invoice to complete your order payment. A PayPal invoice is a secure payment request, not an automatic charge. You can review the invoice details before deciding whether to complete the payment.
Once the payment is successfully completed and confirmed through PayPal, we will begin processing your order according to the product type, availability, and production timeline.
How PayPal Invoice Payment Works:
- Invoice sent: We send a PayPal invoice to the email address provided by the customer.
- Customer review: You can review the product details, amount, and payment information before paying.
- Payment completed: After PayPal confirms the payment, we will proceed with order processing or production.
- Unpaid invoice: If the invoice is not paid, the order will not be processed or fulfilled.
Common PayPal Invoice Statuses:
- Pending / Due: The invoice has been sent but has not been paid yet. No payment has been received at this stage.
- Overdue: The invoice remains unpaid after the due date. You may still be able to pay it if the invoice has not been canceled.
- Payment Pending: A payment may be in progress, but PayPal has not fully completed or confirmed it yet. We will wait until the payment is completed before processing the order.
- Paid: The payment has been successfully received. We can then begin processing the order.
- Canceled: The invoice is no longer payable. If you still wish to place the order, please contact us so we can review the request and issue a new invoice if applicable.
What Happens If You Do Not Pay the Invoice?
If you choose not to complete the payment, no further action is required from you. The invoice may remain pending or become overdue. We may cancel unpaid invoices after a certain period, and the related order will not be processed, produced, shipped, or reserved.
Important Notes:
- We only begin order processing after the PayPal payment is successfully completed and confirmed.
- For custom-made products, production will not start until payment is received.
- An unpaid invoice does not reserve inventory, production capacity, pricing, or delivery timing unless otherwise confirmed by our team.
- If your payment shows as pending, we may need to wait for PayPal to complete the review or processing before fulfilling the order.
- If you believe you already paid but the invoice still appears unpaid, please contact us with your PayPal transaction ID or payment confirmation screenshot.
Security Reminder:
Please only pay invoices related to orders you recognize. If you receive a PayPal invoice that looks suspicious or does not match your order, do not pay it. You can log in to your PayPal account directly to review the invoice and contact us for confirmation.
If you have any questions about your invoice or payment status, please contact our customer support team before making the payment.
